Which knitwear brands do you stock?
Our knitwear comes from B Young, Saint Tropez, Numph, Part Two, Dr Bloom, MBYM, Chalk and Dedicated, covering jumpers, cardigans, vests and slipovers.
What sizes does your knitwear come in?
Most knits come in X Small to X Large. Some relaxed styles are sized S/M and M/L or one size. The sizes in stock are shown on each product. If you are between sizes or unsure of the fit, call us on 0191 251 5535 or pop into the shop and we will happily help.
How should I look after my knitwear?
Always follow the care label, as fibres vary from style to style. As a general rule, wash knits on a cool or wool cycle, dry them flat and fold rather than hang them so they keep their shape.
Can I collect knitwear from the shop?
Yes. Choose click and collect at checkout and it is free. We will email you when your order is ready to pick up from 185-187 Park View, Whitley Bay, NE26 3RE. We are open 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Can I return knitwear?
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know by email that you would like to return something, and we will send you a returns code. Exchanges are posted back free within mainland UK. Full details are on our returns page.
