Footwear FAQs
Which footwear brands do you stock?
Our footwear comes from Fly London, Gola, Merry People, Sorel, Hoff and Yonder, covering leather ankle boots, trainers, wellies and shoes.
What shoe sizes do you stock?
Most styles come in UK sizes 4 to 8, with some trainers from a UK 3 and a few styles up to a UK 9. The sizes in stock are shown on each product. If you are between sizes or unsure of the fit, call us on 0191 251 5535 or pop into the shop and we will happily help.
Can I return shoes or boots?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Footwear needs to come back unmarked and in its original, undamaged box with any internal packaging, so please try shoes on indoors on a clean floor. See our returns page for the full policy.
Can I collect footwear from the shop?
Yes. Choose click and collect at checkout and it is free. We will email you when your order is ready to pick up from 185-187 Park View, Whitley Bay, NE26 3RE. We are open 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. UK delivery is free on orders over £50, with a flat £4.79 charge on smaller orders. You can also choose free click and collect from our boutique on Park View, Whitley Bay.
