Which coat and jacket brands do you stock?
Our coats and jackets come from B Young, Part Two, Powder, MBYM, Roka London, Saint Tropez, Soaked in Luxury and Dr Bloom.
What sizes do your coats come in?
Coats and jackets come in UK sizes 8 to 16 or X Small to Large, depending on the brand. Some Powder styles are sized S/M and M/L. If you are between sizes or unsure of the fit, call us on 0191 251 5535 or pop into the shop and we will happily help.
Can I try a coat on before I buy?
Yes. Our boutique is at 185-187 Park View, Whitley Bay, and is open 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. If you want to check a particular size or colour is in the shop before you travel, call us on 0191 251 5535.
Do you offer free delivery on coats?
Yes. UK delivery is free on orders over £50, with a flat £4.79 charge on smaller orders. You can also choose free click and collect from our boutique on Park View, Whitley Bay.
Can I return a coat?
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know by email that you would like to return something, and we will send you a returns code. Exchanges are posted back free within mainland UK. Full details are on our returns page.
