Christmas Windows

This feels like the first ‘normal’ Christmas for a long time so we wanted to do Christmas is style.  I’m not a massive fan of Christmas decorations (much to Mr M’s disgust) but I’m absolutely in love with the new navy and rose gold glitter baubles in our windows.  If you’re going to go big, GO BIG!  After a lot of ribbon stitching and bow tying, they are finally up.

This week our Christmas message has also gone up! We feel so lucky to run the business we love in our home town. Like so many of our neighbouring businesses we live and work here, our kids go to local schools, we employ local people and we all shop locally too and support each other.  Whitley bay is a thriving town with community right at the center of it, it’s much more than a place to pick up your bread, drink your coffee or buy your gifts.  Wherever you go you’ll always see a friendly face, our customers are friends, we chat about how your day is, your families and friends, we laugh and sometimes cry together.  This is what makes a great community and Whitley Bay is very special so we wanted to say it loud, Merry Christmas from our family to yours, we hope this year’s is very special, Lisa, Carl, Eva & Esther x
