When purchasing a gift voucher online this will come in the format of a unique code to be used at checkout and WILL NOT be redeemable in-store.
If you are gifting the voucher to someone else, you will need to send them the code you receive in your order email. They will need to set up an account with us online to redeem the voucher.
For in-store paper vouchers please contact the shop and we will arrange this for you.
Please note that in-store vouchers are NOT redeemable online.
